In front is a deep river channel (Fozzard Creek). No close neighbors except hawks, manatees, owls, pelicans, and other native wildlife. Great spot for boating, fishing, and fun! Easy access to parking for cars, bikes, haulers, trailers, and RVs. The backyard features a grill and a covered picnic table.
